The Challenge
LogiTrak was managing delivery operations through spreadsheets and WhatsApp. They needed a centralised real-time platform for fleet tracking, route optimisation, and customer delivery notifications.
Our Solution
We designed and built a full-stack SaaS dashboard using Next.js and Node.js, integrated Google Maps API for real-time tracking, built role-based access panels for admin, dispatcher, and driver roles, and deployed on AWS with CI/CD via GitHub Actions.
